Jimmy LeMert originally from Seattle Washington moved to Sarasota Florida leaving the long, gray and rainy winters behind. After selling his residential and investment properties he is excited being in the Real Estate business of sunny Sarasota where there is still tremendous value in the Real Estate market.
After 31 years of owning a high-end Outdoor company Jimmy understands hard work, deadlines and the necessity of loyalty, discretion and confidentiality in all client relationships. As a Real Estate professional Jimmy listens to the client’s buying and selling needs to aggressively negotiate the best deal on their behalf as it is most likely one of the largest financial decisions his clients will make in their lifetime.
During all transactions Jimmy works exclusively for the client keeping in constant communication throughout the entire process. Whether the transaction is a first-time event, a vacation or investment property, his goal is to make the process smooth, successful and fun.
Jimmy is an active member of The Institute of Luxury Home Marketing and has his designation with At Home with Diversity.
